On Oct. 3 at 8:31 a.m., police received a report of theft outside of 901 Spruce Ave. S. Someone had stolen political signs.
On Oct. 3 at 9:12 a.m., police received a report of vandalism outside of 524 Riverside Ave. Someone had thrown eggs at vehicles.
On Oct. 3 at 9:58 a.m., police received a report of a theft in the Walmart parking lot. Someone had stolen a ball hitch off of a vehicle belonging to a Goodridge woman.
On Oct. 3 at 2:04 p.m., police received a report of a burglary at 107 Circle Dr. Someone had stolen a red Schwinn Mikko Cruiser bicycle, which featured a wire basket, out of a garage.
On Oct. 4 at 10:44 a.m., police received a report of an accident in the 700 block of Greenwood St. E. At the time of the accident, Bruce S. Brink of Thief River Falls was backing a 2018 Chevy Silverado out of a driveway at 707 Greenwood St. E. His pickup truck then collided with a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country driven by Manuel Peralta of Thief River Falls. Peralta was traveling westbound on Greenwood Street at the time. No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 9 at 3:13 p.m., police received a report of an accident at the intersection of First Street and Highway 59 (Third Street). At the time of the accident, Nancy J. Stoffel of Thief River Falls was driving a 2010 Lincoln Navigator eastbound on Third Street. She stopped at a red stoplight when her vehicle was rear-ended by an eastbound 2003 Buick LeSabre driven by Wyatt M. Halvorson of Goodridge. No injuries were reported.
On Oct. 12 at 12:03 a.m., police received a report that it appeared a domestic disturbance was occurring in the 800 block of Gleason Ave. Roger Lee Passa, 35, Thief River Falls, has been cited for domestic assault. He was arrested. Passa allegedly assaulted a woman. She didn’t seek medical attention.
