ROSEAU, MN (www.newsbreak.site) A Roseau County Minnesota deputy has been charged with assaulting a woman.
36-year-old Brandon Jennings Boyd has been charged with felony domestic assault by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic assault.
According to court records on March 21st authorities investigated a physical domestic assault incident in Roseau County.
The female victim reported Boyd ripped earrings out of her ears and choked her out and slammed her head against a wall.
