HORACE, ND (www.trfnews.to) Thief River Falls News has learned that it is now a life-and-death situation for one of the victims hospitalized following an assault at Big Erv’s Bar & Grill in Horace, North Dakota early Sunday morning.
The Picture is of the suspect in this incident who has now been identified as 25-year-old Horace resident Jordan Pendleton.
He has been charged with three separate assault charges stemming from an incident that took place at Big Erv’s Bar & Grill.
Pendleton was arrested for aggravated assault felony for a victim who is now in a life and death situation and two simple assault misdemeanor charges for allegedly assaulting the bartender and a patron at
The Sheriff’s Department says following Pendleton’s arrest he was transported to the Cass County Jail and remains in custody.
The victim has now been identified by the sheriff’s department as 31-year-old Horace resident Marlin Klatt.
The Sheriff’s Department has not released his medical condition, but Thief River Falls News has learned it’s a life and death situation.
The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office will hold a press conference in relation to this incident over the next few days.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
I’m told by lieutenant Bergman of the Cass County Sheriff’s Department there at this point they’re not releasing a motive for this incident.
